VAISHRAVANA (NAMTOSE) MANDALA – FOR  WEALTH  ENRICHMENT

The Mandala diagram is a two-dimensional representation of a four-sided celestial palace aligned with the four cardinal directions, with each side having its own entrance gate and gate protectors. The entire exterior perimeter is surrounded by the fire of primordial wisdom.

This particular mandala, the abode of the directional guardian, Vaishravana (Tibetan: Namtose), is a three-story palace filled with countless precious jewels and treasures - even the four main pillars of the palace are studded with the most exquisite jewels. Furthermore, the palace contains fifteen vaults filled with treasure. In the midst of these inconceivable riches sits the king of wealth, glorious Vaishravana, astride a white lion.

The mandala is thus a symbolic representation of Vaishravana’s pure land. One who cultivates a mind of limitless compassion for all sentient beings, who performs charitable acts and other forms of generosity, who recites Vaishravana’s heart mantra and prays in front of the mandala with devotion, will get all his/her wishes fulfilled. In this way, prayers for career advancement, business expansion, physical and spiritual wealth will all be fulfilled.
