This wonderful nectar pill are used for tantric rituals, to swallow, put inside a gau and to concrete statues or other items they have been blessed and consecrated.

This is  :  Kurukulle , Amitabha and Amitayus

This pill was made by Nyingma monks and their final blessing was by either Garchen Rinpoche of the Kagyu tradition and or Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche of the Nyingma tradition.
